Shabbat Shalom

In Kikar Tzion, Zion Square,

just off Jaffa Road,

at a stall in the Jerusalem Night Market,

I saw these dried pomegranates on a wooden tray.

Pomegranates are usually for Rosh Hashannah,

but since Jerusalem is gearing up for the holidays,

this seemed fine for a Shabbat Shalom greeting.

Rosh Hashannah pomegranate theme for Shabat shalom

שבת שלום

Thought this looked better without words Shabbat Shalom

placed on it, do you agree?

I agree that it looks better without shabbat shalom on it, and, at the same time, I also love and appreciate your greeting each week…
