December, it’s Hanukkah in Jerusalem

December 5, 2012

Operation Pillar of Defense is over for most everyone,

The rockets destroyed by Iron Dome are less of a topic of discussion.

The children of Kiryat Malachi still have a long, hard road ahead.

But enough of war and politics!

The calendar has turned to December

and Hanukkah is almost here!

    • You are not in Jerusalem now?

      • For better or for worse, we’re back in the USA

      • Oh well, sometimes one must do what one must do. Will try and keep you up on what is really happening. Went by your old neighborhood on Shabbat, quiet as usual. Hanukkah so much is going on, it is hard to know where to start. Hanukkah sameach.

      • I still have your blog in my RSS feed so I can at least feel somewhat connected. It’s a good way to bring a little of Jlem into the Galut.

      • Thank you, wonderful and fantastic to know work is appreciated! Good Hanukkah weather tonight, not too cold and dry. Chag sameach!
